IT support meets data intelligence
I sit at the intersection of enterprise IT operations and data analytics - comfortable in both worlds, sharp in the gap between them.
Enterprise IT Support
Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, BitLocker recovery, and Windows endpoint management across the whole OEM spectrum - HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer.
Power BI &Data Analytics
Building KPI dashboards, cleaning messy datasets (including BTC SIM card records), and designing BI systems from schema through to visual mockups.
Full-Stack Building
PowerShell + Python Flask + SQLite - the BAC Lab Monitor is a real, soon to be deployed tool. Not tutorials, not toy projects. Built in collaboration with my colleague during my attachment.
Problem Diagnosis
The Exchange Online inbox rule silently routing mail into RSS feeds? Found it. Entra ID device loop from a missing Intune policy? Traced it. I 'm the one who figures out what 's actually broken.
Hardware Revival
OpenCore Legacy Patcher on old MacBook Pros - kernel panics, filesystem corruption, rebuilt installers, even an optical-bay SSD mod. I keep machines alive that Apple gave up on.
Data Cleaning &Reporting
Cleaned and transformed raw BTC SIM card datasets, then built Power BI dashboards that turned messy operational records into clear, actionable reports - the kind of work that makes decision-making possible.

BAC Lab Monitor
A real-time computer lab health monitoring system built independently during my industrial attachment. PowerShell agents collect telemetry, a Python Flask API serves it, SQLite stores it, and a web dashboard visualizes it.
BTC SIM Data Cleanup &Power BI Reporting
Took raw, messy BTC SIM card datasets from the attachment and turned them into clean, structured data pipelines. Built interactive Power BI dashboards that gave management visibility they didn 't have before.
Reviving MacBook Laptops
OpenCore Legacy Patcher deep-dives: diagnosing kernel panics, rebuilding corrupted installers, recovering from filesystem failures, and even installing a second SSD in the optical bay. These are machines I brought back from the dead with nothing but determination and a USB stick.

ICT Service Delivery &Beyond
My industrial attachment at BAC wasn't about fetching coffee for my mentor and office superiors. I was in the trenches dealing with - Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, BitLocker recovery. Either figure it out or it stays broken.
Traced an Exchange Online inbox rule silently routing all mail into RSS Subscriptions, a needle in haystack diagnosis that had stumped the entire office.
Resolved an Entra ID device registration loop by identifying the missing Intune compliance policy behind the scenes.
Recovered a BitLocker-locked machine via TPM PCR mismatch diagnosis and WinPE - calm under pressure.
BAC Tennis Club Captain
Not just "I play tennis."I run the club with the help of other selected members - scheduling, mentoring newer players, organizing matches, and keeping the team motivated through the season.
